Cerebra snapshot auto-receive path

LumaWeave now listens for Cerebra GraphSnapshotAvailable hub events and automatically loads the new snapshot without manual file selection.

  • ·PostCommit subscription; RequireExisting open policy; 5–60s retry on store absence

  • ·SourceLoaded carries causation_id linking the GSA event to the load in the event log
  • ·Frontend listener wires snapshot_ref into settings and switches active adapter
